Our company, Presetec, was founded in 2011 with the vision of becoming a technological partner for telecommunications companies, providing technical services and engineering in networks and IT.
Since our inception, we have been involved in VTR’s fixed networks, successfully participating in relevant projects such as Regulatory Number Portability. Over time, we have expanded our involvement to projects in mobile networks, access technologies, and user experience. Currently, we are involved in a variety of projects in telecommunications, including outsourcing services for specific technical tasks, where our experience adds value to project development.
Today, Presetec has become one of the most influential providers in engineering and operations for CLAROVTR, covering areas such as telephony, internet, IT, and PMO.
In recent years, we have been selected by Liberty Latin America’s (LLA) headquarters in Panama to collaborate on some of their projects related to access and user experience analysis.
Presetec has positioned itself as a strategic partner in the engineering and support tasks for telecommunications companies in Chile.
Due to our company’s experience, the then parent company of the VTR group, Liberty Latin America, selected Presetec to extend our activities to their center in Panama, with the implementation of laboratories to standardize user experience.
Presetec Panama supports with a team of Chilean and local engineers, in tasks to ensure the quality of services for end-users, complying with industry standards and international telecommunications regulations.
